How Is Security Delivered Locally?

J.N.O.L.V. SECURITY delivers security through local teams working to one set of written procedures, one reporting standard and one account manager. The model is the same in every location: clear scope, trained personnel, direct supervision and written reporting.

1. Local Scoping Before Deployment

Before any guard is deployed, the local requirements are defined in writing:

  • Site layout, access points and secured zones
  • Required coverage: hours, shifts and rotation
  • Number of security personnel and supervision level
  • Reporting format and escalation contacts
  • Local legal and client requirements

The scope is agreed with the client and forms the basis of the contract.

2. Local Security Teams

Security is delivered by local personnel recruited and trained to J.N.O.L.V. standards:

  • Site security guards
  • Mobile patrol officers
  • Site security supervisors
  • Close protection officers

Personnel are selected for relevant experience, medical fitness, discipline and ability to follow written procedures. Experience in counter-UAV and/or UAV operations is an advantage.

3. Written Procedures for Every Site

Every site operates under written security procedures:

  • Access control and pass checks
  • Patrol routes and check-call schedules
  • Incident reporting and escalation
  • Shift handover and daily reporting
  • Conduct and confidentiality rules

Procedures are provided to the client before deployment and reviewed at agreed intervals.

4. Direct Supervision

Every local team has a named supervisor responsible for:

  • Daily performance and discipline
  • Shift schedules and replacements
  • Incident management and escalation
  • Client liaison on operational matters
  • Daily reporting to the account manager

Supervisors report to the J.N.O.L.V. account manager, not only to the local client site.

5. Equipment and Uniform

Local teams are deployed with:

  • Standard uniform and identification
  • Personal protective equipment
  • Communication equipment
  • Site-specific equipment agreed at contract stage

Equipment standards are set centrally and applied locally.

6. Reporting and Client Visibility

Local delivery is visible to the client through:

  • Daily shift reports
  • Incident reports
  • Weekly and monthly summaries
  • Scheduled review meetings
  • A single account manager for all locations

Reporting is in English by default. Other languages can be agreed at contract stage.

7. Escalation and Replacement

If a local issue arises, the escalation path is written and agreed:

  • Site supervisor
  • J.N.O.L.V. account manager
  • Compliance contact for complaints

Replacement personnel are provided according to the contract terms. The client is informed of any change in staffing or supervision.

8. Close Protection Delivered Locally

Close protection follows the same local model:

  • Local close protection officers working to written procedures
  • Route and location planning before movement
  • Coordination with local drivers and site teams
  • Confidential reporting to the client
  • Clear escalation contacts

Summary

Security is delivered locally through:

  • A written scope agreed before deployment
  • Local teams trained to J.N.O.L.V. standards
  • Written site procedures
  • Named supervisors and one account manager
  • Standard equipment and uniform
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • A clear escalation path
How support is delivered in high-risk environments

1. Written risk and site assessment before deployment

Before any personnel are deployed, the local requirements are defined in writing: site layout, access points, secured zones, required coverage, supervision level, reporting format and escalation contacts. The scope is agreed with the client and forms the basis of the contract.

2. Personnel selected for high-risk environments

Security is delivered by personnel selected for relevant experience, medical fitness, discipline and ability to follow written procedures. Experience in counter-UAV and/or UAV operations is an advantage.

3. Written procedures for every site

Every site operates under written security procedures covering access control, patrol routes, incident reporting, escalation, shift handover and conduct. Procedures are provided to the client before deployment.

4. Local supervision and one account manager

Every local team has a named supervisor responsible for daily performance, discipline, incident management and client liaison. Supervisors report to the J.N.O.L.V. account manager, not only to the local site.

5. Clear escalation and incident notification

Serious incidents are reported without delay by phone or email, followed by a written incident report within an agreed timeframe. Every client receives a written escalation list: site supervisor, account manager and compliance contact.

6. Close protection in high-risk environments

Close protection of individuals follows the same local model: written procedures, route and location planning before movement, coordination with local drivers and site teams, confidential reporting and clear escalation contacts.

7. Duty of care and contingency planning

Personnel deployed to high-risk environments receive medical insurance, pre-deployment training and clear duty-of-care procedures. Contingency planning is agreed with the client at contract stage.

Summary

J.N.O.L.V. SECURITY supports high-risk environments through written scoping, selected personnel, written site procedures, named supervision, clear escalation, incident notification and duty-of-care planning. All duties are limited to site security and close protection of individuals.
